United States Proof Sets are unique items that were first produced in 1936 with a very limited release.  Proof coins refer to the method of production and not the finish of the coins although proof coins usually are distinguished by their mirror like surfaces.

Each set contains:

• Roosevelt dime
• America the Beautiful Quarters -White Mountain, Perry's Victory, Great Basin, Fort McHenry and Mount Rushmore
• Kennedy half
• Sacagawea dollar
• Presidental dollars - William McKinley, Theodore Roosevelt, William Taft and Woodrow Wilson
