Error Messages

Q: When I am Checking Out I am getting this "Security Warning", is my information Secure?

A: Yes, the reason you are getting is warning is because you are receiving "Mixed Content", some information is secure (Credit card information), some is not (items that the website uses to format information).We haveour site checked daily to make sure our site is secure and that we don't have flaws in our system that hackers can exploit.

Q: I keep getting this "Security Warning" that blocks me from checking out, what can I do to stop this?

A: If you follow the steps below it will stop this "Security Warning" from showing up.

1) It can become pretty annoying when you're browsing the internet and you continue to get this warning pop up. Users would have to click on the No button to proceed and have the web page images displayed. Why are you getting this message in the first place? It may be because the web page relies on non-secure images,CSS or JavaScript.

2) To rid of this message completely is very easy. First access the Tools drop down box, which is located on the far right of your navigation bar, click on Internet Options, the last choice, and then the Security Tab.

3) Once you have accessed the Security tab you click on the Custom Level button, at the bottom, and scroll down until you come upon a section labeled 'Miscellaneous'. You're looking for the 'Display mixed content' option in which you want to change the setting to Enable. You're all set and will no longer receive that interruptive warning box.


Coin Sets


Q: Are all of your Proof & Mint Sets Unopened?

A: Unless they are specifically marked as Unopened then have most likely been opened. We inspect our sets before shipping them out to check for Damage, Problems, and to make sure we are shipping you the correct set.

Q: What is your return policy on Proof & Mint Sets?

A: If you are not happy with the proof or mint sets you receive, just contact our sales department at sales@philscoins.com and we will either replace the set or refund your purchase price.

Q: Do all your early proof and mint sets have the original envelopes?

A: Not Always; most of our early proof and mint sets have the original envelopes, but if the original envelope is in poor condition, we may replace it with a "Replacement Envelope." These envelopes are custom made to match the original envelopes. Most collectors cant even tell the difference between a Replacement Envelope and the original envelope.

Q: Do your reseal these Replacement Envelopes to make them look like Unopened Sets?

A: No, if we use a Replacement Envelope then we do not reseal the set; they are left open so we can inspect the set before we send it out.

Q: I don't see a coin that I am looking for; do you have your entire inventory on your website?

A: No, Our Inventory changes so quickly that it would be impossible to keep up. We are working on improving our selection of coins and we hope to have a larger selection of items in the coming months.
