Q: When I fill out the “New Customer Signup” to checkout I get the Error “Please specify name for stored billing address” how do I fix that?

 

A:  Just below the “Fax” box, there is an item “Save Address” box with a check mark in the box.  Please enter a title of the location name you which to store.  Example: Home

 

Q:  When I create an account do I have to enter a password?

 

A:  No, but if you do not supply a password, the system will not store you information for quick checkout the next time you make a purchase.

 

Q:  Do you store my Credit Card information?

 

A:  No, When you put in your credit card information, it is electronically send to our Credit Card Processing Center, once your data is processed the data is erased, and the Processing Center sends a confirmation that the credit card cleared.

 

Coin Sets

 

Q: Are all you Proof & Mint Sets Unopened?

 

A:  Unless they are specifically marked as “Unopened” then are most likely been opened.  We inspect our sets before we ship them out to check for Damage, Problems, and to make sure we are shipping you the correct set.

 

Q: What is your return policy on Proof & Mint Sets?

 

A:  If you are not happy with the proof or mint sets you receive, just contact our sales department at sales@philscoins.com and we will either replace the set or refund your purchase price.

 

Q:  Do all your early proof and mint sets have the original envelopes?

 

A: Not Always, Most of our early proof and mint sets have the original envelopes, but if the original envelope is in poor condition, we may replace it with a “Replacement Envelope”.  These envelopes are custom made to match the original envelopes.  Most collectors can’t even tell the difference between a “Replacement Envelope” and the original envelope.

 

Q:  These “Replacement Envelopes” do you reseal them, to make them look like “Unopened Sets”?

 

A:  No, if we use a “Replacement Envelope” we do not reseal the envelopes; they are left open so we can inspect the set before we send it out.

 

Coins

 

Q:  I don’t see a coin that I am looking for; do you have your entire inventory on your website?

 

A:  No, Our Inventory changes so quickly that it would be impossible to keep up.  We are working on improving out selection of coins and we hope to have a larger selection of items in the coming months.
